Window Guarantees
Landmark Window Systems, Inc. windows are warranted for the life of the building against any defects in material and workmanship occurring as a direct result of the manufacturing process, as to the structural parts of the basic window unit, under conditions of normal use and service.
Basic Window Finish
The finish on the windows is warranted by Landmark Window Systems, Inc. for the life of the building against chipping, cracking,
blistering, or peeling under conditions of normal use and service.
Insulated Glass Unit
Landmark Window Systems Inc. vinyl replacement windows come with the following manufacturer's warranty against defects
resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the sealed unit
for a period of 30 years from the date of installation. Should glass fail prior to year 10 then Landmark Window
Systems, Inc. will provide you with a replacement sealed glass unit at no charge. Should the glass fail after year 10, as a result
of defects described above, then Landmark Window Systems, Inc. will charge you a fixed pecentage of the company's selling
price for insulated glass at that time, according to the following formula.
