We have prided ourselves in serving you locally all these years, but regret to inform you that our Fresno office will be closing soon and moving to our parent office in Pennsylvania. Your services will remain intact and you will continue to receive quality services, support, and customer care assistance from us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Moving forward, we will no longer be equipped to handle in-office payments. Please start sending your payments in the pre-addressed return envelope included with your monthly invoice or statement, or send it to the address below:

If your account is set for a credit or debit card payment automatically each month, this automatic function will not be affected and your card will run as normal. We look forward to your continued business and your support during this transition. The Fresno office and staff wish you the best and have appreciated serving you all these years!

As of August 31, 2010 we will no longer honor comp accounts or accounts listed in this manner free of charge. We recommend you take action immediately to avoid any loss of data or e-mail address.

Two options are available for your convenience:

• change your account(s) to a paid account prior to this date and retain your account(s),
• or simply do nothing and the account will automatically close as of September 1, 2010.
